Cat’s Meow- Back from Hiatus 2008
This was my first piece back from Hiatus, and the first project I did in my new studio that my Wife helped me put together (see the photo in my biography section). Basically I was trying to get my legs back drawing from photos- and this was a nice first effort back and a cute little cat- I really like this drawing for it’s simplicity.
Fraternity House Gang- 1994
My crew from 1994 at our old house 207 South Washington Street- and still one of the best (and only) caricatures I’ve ever done. Great drawing which sums up the year 1994 for me in a nutshell.
Winged Woman Pinup – 1993
I was trying to be fancy and edgy when I made this, and I dont think I pulled it off- but again, for being 18, it showed some nice potential, and I appreciate that about this piece.
Soldier- 1991
A great pencil piece from back in the day- I love this guy! I love soldiers with gas masks- great imagery- and in fact, with our project THE GREAT VERMIN- is this the first appearance of VEER? I’d like to see this piece make an appearance as we explore that universe some more in the future!
